We approve eligible refunds within 2 business days. The payment provider then returns the money to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

All paid bouquet purchases within the 30-day window. No subscriptions, no recurring charges — every purchase is one-time, so there's nothing to "cancel" beyond requesting your refund. The free card is free; nothing to refund.
💳 Who processes it
Payments and refunds are handled by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record; the refund is issued through them to your original payment method. Their name (not "flowers4ai") may appear on your statement — that's normal.

If something went wrong, email us first — we'll almost always sort it faster than a chargeback, often within a day. We're a tiny operation run by a real human, not a support-ticket black hole.
